Perspective🦋🌛🌚 Everything depends on perspective. It’s empowering once you realize you choose whether things happen to you or for you. That life can be beautiful or miserable based on something as simple as attitude. To move on from a bad hour, day, month, or year, so it doesn’t become a poor life. As humans, we usually don’t have much control over our circumstances. Hi, what’s up, hello world✨ • I intended on “launching” my new business endeavor, Holistic Health Hacks LLC, three weeks ago and national puppy day was yesterday, so I’m a leeetle behind. AND. • I’m not going to lie, it feels weird opening and promoting a new business during this trying and uncertain time. But maybe someone needs my services or needs to hear my words more than ever. Not because I’m super special or anything, just because you never know whose or what words will affect you. We also can’t control external factors. I planned on opening/launching before this tumultuous virus, and I should have stuck to my strategy. But no one is perfect, I included. • So what is Holistic Health Hacks all about? • HHH was founded by Michelle, MS, RDN, LD, CPT (me 🤚) in hopes of delivering unconventional yet evidence based health and wellness information, promoting a freelance writing career in integrative and functional health, and counseling persons suffering from eating disorders (Anorexia, Bulimia, BED, disordered eating) and GI distress (IBS, Mold toxicity, Lyme, SIBO, Candida, etc.).
